Description:

Møntmærket er for Carson City og Carson City Mint var den mindste afdeling af US mint. Der blev overvejende slået meget lave oplag af sølvmønter, guld derimod i langt større oplag. Udmøntning fandt sted i 19 år, begyndende i 1870-85 med pause til 1889 og sluttede helt i 1893.
Alle sølvmønter derfra er sjældne eller meget sjældne.
