Commander’s Cross, 3rd Class, instituted in 1963. Neck Badge,
silver gilt, 58 mm, maker’s mark by the French mint, both sides
enameled, both central medallions silver gilt, obverse enameled,
original laurel wreath suspension device (suspension loop is
apart) and neck ribbon plus lapel hole rosette.
