På fs. ses portrættet af Napoleon III og den unge Prins i profil, på bs. detailleret opstilling m. Les Havre´s byvåben hvorunder "DECERNÉE PAR LE JURY/ NOMMÉ PAR LES EXPOSANTS" står skrevet samt omkring "FRANCE/ ETATS-UNIS/ PRUSSE/ SUÈDE/ NORWÈGE/ HANSES/ RUSSIE/ ORIENT/ OCÉANIE - ANGLETERRE/ AUTRICHE/ DANEMARK/ ESPAGNE/ PORTUGAL/ ITALIE/ PAYS-BAS/ SUISSE/ AMÉRIQUE".
